Who knew . . . clean sheet night would be come a celebrated event?
Clean Sheet Night is my second simple pleasure. It is a term that Cindi introduced to me when we were roommates at Emerald Ridge (what a fun apartment that was). It is the first night in which you sleep in your bed after putting on clean sheets. For some it happens more often then others but we won't go into this now.
At first I jokingly mocked and now I celebrate and look forward to the feeling of accomplishment, cleanliness and order that it brings me to know that my bed is made and the sheets are clean waiting for me to climb in and sleep.
Unfortunately tonight is not a clean sheet night but it was only several short days ago that I enjoyed this celebrated event and I look forward to another one in the near future.
