Who knew . . . I would experience 3 very different breathtaking experienceses in less than 12 hours?

1) Try using two risers under your step for the first time after taking a long leave of absense from step class. Yes, I was out of breath but it was a great work out. The abs class after wasn't quite breathtaking but more gut-wrenching.
2) The episode of The Biggest Loser last night was breathtaking for so many reasons some of them good, some of them bad, some of them shocking and some of them heartbreaking. My roommates can confirm I may have shed a few tears, cheered, and audibly gasped multiple times.
