Who knew . . . the Mariners would win?
I went to the Yankees vs. the Mariners game tonight with a few Seattleite but now New Yorker friends. No one really suspected the Mariners would win. I mean I know very little about the finer working and details of the MLB but even I know enough to know there wasn't much of a chance they would win even if they had a good pitcher lined up to pitch. Well we were pleasantly surprised with a 7-4 final score win. Go Ms! And Go! to Tracy for organizing the outing. And Go! to Mother Nature for easing up on the temperature and humidity just a bit so we could actually enjoy the game. And Go! to Steinbrenner, the Yankees team and the tax payers of New York city for paying for a fancy new ball park.

Ha, ha! So fun...Bud hates the Yankees so he was glad they lost. Love the updates.
