I love recognizing the first signs of spring: flowers starting bloom, small green buds on trees, warmer temperatures, the chance to go outside without a hat, scarf, mittens.
Here in NYC Spring is delivered in a truck or should I say the form of a truck - a Mr. Softy truck that is!
Yep that is a Mr. Softy truck parked on the corner serving frozen yogurt to pedestrians walking by. These trucks are on every corner from spring to fall. They are the staple of a summer diet. Tonight I saw the first Mr. Softy truck I have seen in what seems like a LONG time.
Yea Spring is here or at least one truck closer to being here!

Okay, I always saw those things when I was there and I never tried one. But, I did find the frozen yogurt stores across town and they were good. I would go for a run, get some frozen yogurt, then run home! I love this post!
